Will Williamstown condominium owners benefit from the upcoming wave of earthquakes

Will Williamsburg residents can expect some of the benefits of the impending earthquake, with the arrival of a new wave of condominium construction in the area.

Will Williamstown resident and owner of Will William, James Stahl, told ABC News he’s expecting to see some construction beginning this week.

He’s already got construction underway at Will William condos in the Will William townhouse complex.

“It’s going to be a little bit of a rush, but it’s not going to last too long,” he said.

Stahl said he plans to have his new condo home ready for the coming weeks.

The construction will begin later this month.

Stahls condo will include a kitchenette, bathroom, garage, dining area and living area, and he plans on adding a swimming pool and a basketball court.

“My expectation is that by the end of the month we’re going to have a new home ready to go,” he added.

While the construction will be coming in, the area is still recovering from the last wave of construction in March of this year.

The Will William condominium project is expected to be finished by the summer of 2019.
