How to find the perfect condominium near you

A couple of months ago, I moved into my new condominium with my husband and a couple of other friends.

We had planned to buy a home with the help of a bank, but the bank would only allow us to buy one.

So we decided to build one ourselves.

And it was a big, big gamble.

Our first order of business was to find out what the average condo cost per square foot.

The average price for a condo in Edmonton was $1,000.

The median price was $744.

In Calgary, that was $637.

We decided to use the condo board for this research.

The boards are often used by condo boards to set prices.

They can tell you how much a condo is worth.

In the case of our unit, we wanted to know how much the average condominium cost per unit.

The board has a detailed price guide for each unit.

But we also wanted to see how much it was costing us to live in the unit.

So, we did some math and found out how much each unit cost us.

As you can see in the chart below, the average price per unit was $922.

That’s more than double the average cost per sq. foot of the unit we chose to build.

Here are the condos in the neighbourhood we found: Edmonton Condominiums by Condo Board Average Cost per Square Foot Price Per Unit Average Cost Per Square Foot Calgary Condominium 1-unit $972 $2,871 $1.5 $2.5 2-unit.
