The first condominium to be built in Bethesda Park, the Bethesda Park Condominiums, is set to hit the market next month.
The Bethesda Park City Council approved the project last month.
The city will provide $3.1 million to fund the project, and the developers plan to start selling condos next year.
The project will be located at the Bethesda MetroCenter and the Bethesda Sports Complex.
The apartments will have 10 units each, and rents will be $2,200 per month.
A spokesperson for Bethesda Park said the condominium will be ready for occupancy by 2020.
