In June, an oceanfront condominium project at the beachside condopress in Miami was awarded $10 million in city money.

Now the developer plans to build a luxury beachside condo with 1,100 apartments and 1,600 condos.

The condominium has been in development for more than a year and will be a part of the new Miami Waterfront hotel, which will be built by the state-backed developer.

In the same month, the owner of a condominium on Miami’s Biscayne Bay bought the beachfront condopresses and a condo in a beachfront subdivision in Florida, and the developer is working to purchase a condo at the Miami Beach property of the former mayor.
